Design, structure, masonry, plastering, flooring, plumbing, electrical, painting, doors, windows and the stated fittings allowance. Statutory fees, compound walls, borewells and interiors are quoted separately so you can see them clearly.
On the outer face of the walls, including balconies, staircases and covered utility areas. Open terraces are charged at a reduced percentage. The full calculation appears in your estimate.
Yes. Any item can be upgraded against a written variation showing the cost difference before the work proceeds.
Booking, foundation, each roof slab, brickwork, finishing and handover. You pay for a stage only once it is complete and verified on site.
