Our story
We build the way we would want our own house built.
TROVE PROPERTY began as a small architecture practice in Tambaram with a straightforward view: a family should be able to understand exactly what their home costs, and why.
Eighteen years later that principle still runs the business. We handle architecture design, turnkey construction, commercial construction and interior design in-house, and we sell a small portfolio of our own apartments and villas. Every project runs on a named specification, a stage-linked payment schedule and weekly reporting.
Our work spans Tambaram, Chromepet, Mudichur, Selaiyur, Medavakkam, Urapakkam and the wider southern corridor of Chennai — independent houses, boutique apartment blocks, education campuses and workplace interiors.
